Shipping and Returns

Shipping

United States

All orders unless otherwise noted will be shipped via USPS with tracking to ensure prompt and safe delivery of your order.

At checkout you have an option to ship First Class or Priority.

Orders that have a subtotal of $49 and over, qualify for free standard shipping (only applies to orders in the U.S.).

Our goal is to get your order out to you as fast as possible. Most orders will be processed same day and shipped within 1-2 business day(s) after that.

Shipment times for special orders will depend on item availability. As always our goal is to get it to you as soon as possible.

*Note 1 - We do NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

*Note 2- Once we ship your order you will get an shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. We can no longer be held responsible for that package once its handed off to USPS. We will assist with putting you in touch with your local carrier for assistance in the event that there is an issue. 

Incorrect shipping address

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order
  • If you have provided an incorrect address, please reach out to us immediately at hello@mylittlepeach.com, we will do what we can to get your information updated.
  • If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you , the customer will be responsible for any charges inquired in the return and re-shipment of your order.

Package Not Received

  • If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please notify us at hello@mylittlepeach.com. We will assist you in contacting USPS to help locate your package.
  • Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, My Little Peach Children's Boutique  is not longer responsible for the package and will not be issuing refunds for these packages.

International Orders

Please call us at 844-MYPEACH or email us at Hello@MyLittlePeach.com to place an international order.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, you may exchange for another item in our store or receive store credit within 10 days from the date your items were received. Please note that item(s) being returned or exchanged must be in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached). Current shipping costs will be applied to any exchanged items and is your responsibility even if the original item qualified for promotional or free shipping.

Item(s) sent as gifts may be exchanged for another item in the store or store credit only in the amount that the gift giver paid for the original item(s).

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Sale/Discounted items
  • Pre-order / Special order item(s)
  • Personalized item(s)

To initiate a return or an exchange please e-mail: Hello@MyLittlePeach.com. Once you have received written approval to return an item, please ship it to the address provided in your return instructions. Shipping costs for the return is your responsibility. The use of tracking or delivery confirmation on your return is recommended, just to be safe. You will receive a credit in the amount paid minus any shipping costs. Once we receive the item(s) My Little Peach will either provide you with the store credit or ship out the exchange item.

Pre-Order & Special Order Policy

We are happy to place pre-orders and special orders for our customers with any brand that we carry that allows us to do so. Please keep in mind that shipping dates on these orders are an estimate and can change without our control. We do our best to provide accurate time frames and will send notification via email in the event that there is a change. As soon as your item(s) become available we will ship it out to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions about specific ship dates or status of any pre-order special order items please contact us at hello@mylittlepeach.com.

Orders that include in stock items and pre-order or special order items may or may not ship together. In most cases we will wait for the pre-order item(s) to arrive before shipping the full order, if you would like to request separate shipments of these items please contact us at hello@mylittlepeach.com.

Pre-order item(s), special order and/or personalized items require payment in full at the time the order is placed unless otherwise stated. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once the order is placed changes can not be made to the order. 

Sales Tax

All packages shipping to the state of New York will be charged a flat sales tax rate of 8.875%.  No Sales Tax is charged for packages shipping outside of New York.
